Earlier in his career, Ajaz has consulted a number FTSE and Fortune 500 companies including Shell Chemicals, Mann Group and Manx Airlines to deliver high performance related objectives and improve bottom line savings.
Ajaz then made a move into setting up various businesses in the world of e-commerce and technology related ventures during the dotcom boom, one which he co-founded and built into a multimillion-pound online telecoms company operating in 5 countries.
Ajaz is s serial entrepreneur who knows what it takes to succeed. He appreciates how difficult it can be to get things moving, having built companies from concept in a variety of sectors.
At MBU Capital, Ajaz has played a significant role in the development of the Real Estate and Ventures division having been key in the initiation and execution of a number of high profile, complex deals at the group level.
He is now responsible for building and strategically leading the venture capital business lines.
