Latifat Reffell is a qualified accountant with 15 years post qualification experience,10 of which are in Real Estate Development and Asset Management.
Prior to joining MBU Capital, Latifat was a senior accountant at a boutique real estate company who specialises in developing high-end luxurious apartments in the “Golden Postcodes” of London like High street Kensington.
At MBU Capital, Latifat delivers business-critical financial support services and is responsible for the group consolidation as well as preparation of financial statements and reporting across the various business line verticals.
She has been involved in a number of high-profile financing deals from real estate, education and financial services across the group.
