Pete is a real estate development and delivery specialist with 17 years of professional experience. Pete qualified as a project manager with a global consultancy before moving client side in 2007 with Muse Developments. Pete then secured a senior role with Lend Lease developing and delivering the Athletes’ Village, part of London 2012.
Following his time on the Olympic Development, Pete moved to McLaren Property and led development teams across the UK.
Over the last ten years, Pete has managed the development of £3B of assets (GDV) through the planning process and the construction delivery of over £1.2B of build contracts.
