Head of Real Estate Developments
As Head of Real Estate Development, Paul is responsible for delivering our development schemes from inception to completion. Paul is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in Development Management for 19 years, during which time he has had responsibility for development schemes in London and major regional cities in England and in Wales. From Paul’s initial development role with The Emerson Group, his experience has grown to cover all property sectors including out of town retail and leisure, office and industrial, residential and social housing as well as high street retail and town centre regeneration.
Head of Real Estate Finance
Abid has over 13 years of experience working in the financial capital markets. Most recently he was Director of Fixed Income at Mizuho International PLC where he worked in High Yield Credit Sales and Trading. Here he built upon and created a vast network of relationships from large Institutional Pension and Insurance funds, Specialist Hedge Funds through to the traditional global Asset Managers. Prior to this, Abid worked at both Gottex London and Kleinwort Benson Bank as Head of High Yield Fixed Income. Between 2004-2012, Abid traded High Yield and Investment Grade Credit for Citigroup based in London.
Perry has vast experience in private sector development management, with over 30 years in Real Estate Development and Asset Management. This includes over 10 years at Grosvener Estates, during which time he wrote and successfully implemented their development division strategic business plan. Perry also spent 4 years at Tishman International, as their European Director and was in charge of all real estate asset management initiatives. Perry originally started in the south-west and now lives in Surrey. As a qualified Yachtmaster he is a very keen sailor having competed in many International events.
